Vintage Polish Table Lamp “mushroom”
Description:
Polish office desk lamp, so-called “mushroom,” produced in the 1950s with the appearance and design referring to the Classic model from the Art Deco period.
Construction:
Two-part base is made of pressed sheet metal. Inside, there is a stabilizing round element. In the upper part, installed a switch and a brass sleeve with variable diameter which fixes a large oval shade. Both the base and the lampshade are covered with the original structural paint coating in the matte black color, and the inner part of the reflector is in silver.
The lamp has undergone a professional service of the electrical installation – mentioned switch and the plug. The whole is thoroughly cleaned, preserving the original varnish and patina of time.
