Construction:

The reflector’s body is made of steel sheet covered with the original, so-called ”Hammer” varnish. In the front part, there is a thick prismatic glass with an external rotary ring equipped with movable flaps. There is also installed guide with a bulb socket for thread E 27. In the original application, it had a maximum power of 500 W. At the back, there is a knob to move the light bulb in the position front-back, which changes the focus of the emitted light.
The reflector is mounted on a steel-aluminum base with a mounting hole to the ground or a tripod. A wide range of adjustment of the lamp inclination angle.
The set includes an original cast iron tripod from the Lanston Monotype Machine Company, from the early 20th century. It originally served as the basis for the keyboard of the printing machine. The tripod has its own up-down adjustment in the range of 12 cm.
